Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. Share a few photos or schedule a quick site visit and we’ll send a no-obligation, itemized estimate. Most quotes are delivered within 24–48 hours after we’ve reviewed your property details.

Can you design before building?

Absolutely. We create 2D site plans and photorealistic 3D renderings so you can visualize the layout, materials, and plantings before construction. We include one round of revisions (more available as needed), and your design fee can be credited toward the build.

How long will my project take?

Timelines vary by scope and permitting:

Sod or Turf Installations: typically 1–3 days once scheduled.
Landscape Refresh (plants, beds, lighting): about 3–10 days.
Hardscapes (patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens): ~2–4+ weeks.

We’ll provide a clear schedule with your proposal.

What materials and plants work best for Texas?

We recommend drought-tolerant, Texas-tough selections: live oak, red yucca, lantana, Texas sage, dwarf mondo, muhly grasses, and similar natives. For lawns, Bermuda, Zoysia, or St. Augustine (site-dependent). Hardscape favorites include concrete pavers, natural stone, and decomposed granite. We’ll tailor choices to sun, soil, and irrigation.

Do you install irrigation and drainage?

Yes. We design and install smart sprinkler systems, drip irrigation, and perform tune-ups. For water management, we handle grading, French drains, channel drains, and downspout tie-ins to move water away from structures—always to local code.

Is synthetic turf low maintenance and pet-friendly?

Yes. Our turf systems include proper base, drainage, and antimicrobial infill for pets. Maintenance is simple: rinse occasionally, brush fibers upright, and remove solids as needed. Optional heat-reduction infill and deodorizing treatments are available.

Do you offer warranties and ongoing maintenance?

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty and pass through manufacturer warranties on products (details vary by item and are listed in your proposal). We also offer ongoing lawn treatment plans (fertilization, weed control, pest management) and seasonal checkups for irrigation and plant health.
